Bathtub water-play

Here’s another simple idea for keeping your little one occupied for a good 20-30 minutes or so.

Simple Bathtub Water-Play

Just fill a tub with water, sprinkle in a few favourite bath-time toys and let the fun times begin!

Sometimes (especially on hot days) I will let Nathan climb in and splash around to cool off. This is definitely one of my fool proof methods for finding a solid uninterrupted half an hour to get little things done around the house.

Important tip: Always keep the tub nearby within your line of sight for safety and precaution.

    Thanks for your comment on my 'Food for Thoughts' post! Oooo, I love that Supernatural Childbirth book! Recommended to some friends when they were expecting too Smile As for the soup making, do make them more often and nope, we don't use salt at all though we do use the preserved veggie to get the saltiness in the soup Smile Hope to see you more often here!

    Btw, I used to get my kiddos to play like yours in the bath tub, but too small and I bought a water pool instead and dump the toys in the pool and put the pool in our balcony. After play, I just drained the water and washed the balcony as well :P

      Hi Tahlia! Thanks for dropping by. Totally agree about sprinklers... the screams of laughter coming from the backyard when we let the little one run around with the sprinkler are the loveliest sounds in the world! ^_^

    my little one loves waterplay too! too bad we don't have a deck so if it's at home, it's usually during bath time only!
