Parent Communication

As a parent myself, I understand the importance of having regular updates on your child's wellbeing each day and having clear visibility on their daily activities. I have set up various mediums to support parents in this area to involve you in all aspects of our family day care experiences.

  • Learning-Genie Parent Communication App – to communicate notes of your child’s daily routine (e.g. meals, toileting/nappy changes, nap) and key highlights of your child’s daily activities.

  • Private Facebook Page – set to secret for the privacy of your family and updated daily with photos and news of your child’s day.

  • Observations and Learning Stories – detailed notes on individual children’s learning experiences and activities based on the Early Years Learning Framework.

  • Recipes and play ideas – from time to time I will share recipes of foods that your child enjoys and ideas from our play sessions which you can incorporate in your own home.

  • Email communication – to communicate important announcements, reminders or policy changes as and when they arise.
